Curb management is the active allocation and pricing of curb space among competing uses: parking, loading, ride-hail and robotaxi pick-up/drop-off, micromobility, transit, and outdoor uses. In a parking facility:

Considerations
- Unpriced curbs subsidize fleet dwell at the public’s expense. The curb is the smallest parcel of transportation infrastructure and the most contested.
