In parking facility design, LOS A describes the most generous geometry: wider stalls and aisles, easier turns, gentler ramps and shorter walks. It is typically chosen for high-turnover users who do not know the facility, such as retail customers, hospital visitors and airport travelers, and it costs the most floor area per stall.
