Where this plugs into WeAreParking.org
PCC Research lives at parkonomics.co/pcc-research and carries NPA's name; WeAreParking.org sends readers across from two places. The wireframes below are deliberately neutral — final chrome takes NPA brand colors once brand assets are supplied.
A single new item in the existing Resources menu, seated directly beside Parking Magazine — a sibling publication, not a subpage. The link crosses to parkonomics.co/pcc-research in the same tab; the publisher strip at the top of every PCC Research page carries the reader’s way back.
White papers, companion studies, and reference works — beginning with The Programmable Street: Reinventing Gridlock, published in NPA’s 75th year.
Visit PCC Research ↗The Council’s own page gets the fuller pitch. Note that the block inside the wireframe is not gray: the PCC Research identity travels with it, so the section is recognizable before the reader ever leaves NPA’s site.
The crawl path
WeAreParking.org rejects automated requests, and its association CMS can’t emit per-paper citation metadata. Google Scholar needs both an open door and those tags — Parkonomics provides them; the association site structurally can’t.
The canonical home
Each paper gets one URL, never reused, with its PDF beside it and a DOI pointing at it. Citations made this year must still resolve in twenty — independent of any CMS migration NPA undertakes.
The alliance with Parking magazine
The magazine announces and excerpts each paper in its 300–800 word format and reaches 95% of members; PCC Research holds the full scholarly record. Two tiers of one publishing program.
